Victoria, today's vision

Victoria's music has been an inspiration to a number of 20th century masters, such as Benjamin Britten and Luis de Pablo. Four creators of our times honour him with compositions of songs for voice and piano accompanied by texts from authors of the Spanish Golden Age, alternating with performances of works by the Renaissance master himself. On this occasion the ensemble Cantoría Hispánica will perform in an original format consisting of vocal trio with piano. The soloists, all of whom are well-known Spain, have shown great stylistic versatility throughout their careers.
