In its unwavering cultural vocation, the Banco Santander Foundation consolidates its commitment to education related to contemporary art through its long-term support of prestigious institutions. Through this partnership it has become Patron of the Museo Reina Sofía Education Programme and Higher Education Centre. Both institutions, moreover, aim to consolidate the Museo as a place for producing knowledge and critical thought, in addition to creating mechanisms of public interpellation. This pedagogical proposal is integrated into the approaches of and access to the Museo’s collections, which focus on a wide audience.
