COMPLAINT AND SUGGESTION FORMS

Visitors may submit a complaint or suggestion or give positive feedback on the services rendered by the Museo, in accordance with Royal Decree 951/2005, of 29 July, in the following ways:
In person: at the Nouvel Building information desks and Palacio de Velázquez gallery.
Online: by email, including the digital signature of the individual concerned, at quejasysugerencias@museoreinasofia.es and the electronic office sede electrónica del Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía.
By post: sending a signed letter to the following address: Museo Reina Sofía. Complaints and Suggestions. Calle Santa Isabel 52, 28012 Madrid. Spain.

CLOAKROOM AND LOCKER SERVICE

Sabatini Building
There are various locker sizes:
43 x 42 x 31 cm, 88 x 42 x 31 cm y 88 x 42 x 64 cm

Nouvel Building
Locker sizes : 29 x 34,5 x 42 cm

The galleries cannot be accessed with backpacks, bags, suitcases and other objects. Small handbags for carrying personal belongings and mini backpacks (˂ 30x30 cm) are allowed. If the galleries are accessed with mini backpacks, they must be worn at the front of the body to avoid disturbing other visitors and to ensure they do not brush up against the artworks. The deposit of skates, skateboards and scooters in the lockers is allowed, provided that the dimensions of those that are available allow it. The storage of electric scooters is not allowed.

This service is not available in the Palacio de Cristal and Palacio de Velázquez sites in the Retiro Park.
 

BABIES

There are baby changing boards in the bathrooms on floor 2 and floor 4 of the Sabatini Building, Mezzanine E0 and Café-Restaurant at Nouvel Building. 

WIFI IN THE MUSEUM

We invite you to our WiFi.
In the Sabatini Buiding, Floor 1, 2 and 3, the Nouvel Buiding Café and the Library.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

Medical service is available at the Museum in the event of emergencies. It is located in the cloister of the Sabatini Building.

BICYCLE ASSISTANCE

There are three public bike parks outside the Museum. One near the entrance to the Nouvel Building and two near the entrance to the Sabatini Building.

During your visit

21ºC

Due to conservation measures, the exhibition rooms must be kept at a constant temperature of 21º Celsius. Given the temperature inside the Museo, an item of warm clothing in summer is recommended

Menores acompañados por un adulto

Children must be accompanied by an adult during the visit. Adults must ensure children are kept by their side to prevent the artworks in the galleries from being touched.

Menos de 14 años

Visitors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Anyone between the age of 14 and 18 who wishes to visit the museum without an adult must show his or her national ID document

Fotografías

Photographs may be taken without a flash, tripod, selfie stick or any other type of camera stand in all of the Museo’s sites, with the exception of places where indicated otherwise.
